We, at the Bharat Gaurav Award Foundation, are of the firm belief that it is with the efforts and dedication of talented and committed individuals across our country that we can create the New India of our dreams. There is no dearth of talent in our country. It just needs to be identified, encouraged and given the opportunity to make a difference for the better in the lives of the people around them. The strategy at Bharat Gaurav Award Foundation to achieve our objective is to award the hidden talent on a Grand Stage in New Delhi by the hands of the top functionaries in the government. We are sure that this enthuses the individuals to do even better and also encourage those who are members of their teams to branch out and take the mission far and wide.

The Blueprint is thus very simple: We leverage the keys of self-confidence, motivation, trust, encouragement and reward to enthuse ordinary people to make extraordinary achievements in the service of our beloved motherland.
